How to Donate Items for the WingDing

Thank you for donating to the Whale Foundation WingDing! Your generosity makes our programs possible, and that leads to a stronger and happier Grand Canyon river community.

If you’re in Flagstaff, items can be dropped off at the Grand Canyon Whitewater office at the top of Humphreys between Bashas and Casa Duarte: 1000 N. Humphreys, Suite 202. The office is open weekdays from 8am to 4pm.

Alternately, items can be mailed to: The Whale Foundation, PO Box 855, Flagstaff AZ 86002.

If other arrangements would be better (for example, if those office hours don’t work or you need us to pick up an item), send us an email or give us a call (928-774-9440) and we’ll get things sorted out.

For each item we’ll need a donation form. You can print the donation form PDF and fill it out, or try our new electronic donation form.

If you’re an artist donating some of your work, you can fill out the Artist Bio PDF or Artist Bio Form and we’ll display your info at the auction.
